Overview

ExileTrader is a Path of Exile economy analysis tool created by Tiny Tim Studios. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Information We Collect

• Account information — email address and a securely hashed password when you register. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Usage data — we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, session duration, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.
• reCAPTCHA — Google reCAPTCHA v3 is used on the registration page to prevent automated abuse. This may collect hardware and software information. See Google's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the application
• To manage account status (pending, approved, admin)
• To improve the service based on anonymous usage patterns

Data Storage

• Account data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
• Session data is stored securely in your browser.
• Market data and scan results are cached locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.

Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA — bot prevention on registration. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Grinding Gear Games (GGG) — currency exchange data is fetched server-side via GGG's official API (OAuth). No user data is sent to GGG.
• poe.ninja — item and stash data is fetched server-side by our data proxy. No user data is sent to poe.ninja.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Browser-side cached data can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under CCPA and GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
