By accessing or using ExileTrader, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

ExileTrader is a Path of Exile market transparency and analytics tool created by Tiny Tim Studios. The service displays economy data sourced from Grinding Gear Games' official Currency Exchange API and poe.ninja to help players understand market dynamics, compare currency values, and make informed trading decisions. Features include exchange market pricing, divination card value analysis, historical price trends, and trading volume indicators across currency, unique items, divination cards, fragments, gems, and vendor recipes.

Not Affiliated with GGG

This product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Grinding Gear Games in any way. Path of Exile is a registered trademark of Grinding Gear Games.

Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• Accounts require admin approval before access is granted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the application
• Interfere with the operation of the service or its underlying systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Data Sources

ExileTrader uses data from Grinding Gear Games' official Currency Exchange API (via OAuth) and poe.ninja. Currency exchange rates, volumes, and order book data come from GGG's API. Item prices, stash listings, and historical trends come from poe.ninja. ExileTrader is not affiliated with or endorsed by either service.

Market Data Disclaimer

All market data is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Trading decisions are made at your own risk.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The ExileTrader application, its design, and original code are the property of Tiny Tim Studios. Path of Exile game assets, item names, and related content are the property of Grinding Gear Games.

Limitation of Liability

ExileTrader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to in-game trading losses based on data displayed by the application.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
